We wish all our campers a very pleasant stay at our campsite. Respect for each other, nature and tranquility are keywords at Le Peyral. In order to ensure that everyone has a wonderful holiday with us, there are a number of house rules that apply. We ask you to respect these rules and also discuss them with your children.

 

General

  • All campers and visitors first register with us in the Chouette. This way we can register you and provide you with the necessary information.

  • Visitors are welcome from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm. They park outside the campsite on the designated parking lot. We charge a fee of € 2.00 per person per visitor. They are allowed to use the bathroom and the swimming pool. Visitors must always report on arrival.

  • The reception is closed between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Please keep this in mind. This does not apply to new guests who have just arrived. Arrival possible from 2 pm at the earliest.

  • There is room for one car at your camping spot. For an additional vehicle, a suitable parking space is designated in consultation.

 

Le Chouette

  • The Chouette is open daily between 8:30 AM and 10:30 PM, unless otherwise announced.

  • The library and the play corner are located in the Chouette. Don't forget to return the borrowed books before you return home. The toys from the play corner are for use in the Chouette. We explicitly ask you to clean everything up again after playing.

  • In the months of July and August you can pick up your ordered bread or other tasty things from 8:30 am and until 10:00 am at the latest.

 

La Buvette

  • The Buvette is the outdoor bar and terrace next to the Chouette. Here you can go for a delicious glass of regional wine or a cold glass of (Belgian) beer, from 3 pm, for an ice cream or to pick up a chilled bottle of wine.

  • The Buvette closes at 10.30 pm after which we ask you to go back to your camping spot quietly and peacefully.

  • The communal meals also take place on the terrace. Make sure to register at least 2 days in advance for a meal on a particular day.

 

Peace

  • It must be quiet from 22:00. Between 23:00 and 08:00, absolute silence is requested from our guests. This is the period when the crickets, birds and owls are allowed to do their thing.

  • If you arrive back at the campsite after 10.30 pm, we ask you to park the car at the entrance of the campsite in the designated places. You can collect the car after 8:00 am.

  • If you want to leave before 08:00, we also ask you to park the car outside the campsite. You can also use the transit place at the front. Ask us for more information.

 

Open fire

  • Open fires, fire pits and lighting a charcoal BBQ are strictly prohibited. This is only possible on the owners' own initiative (the joint BBQ evening and fire pit on the terrace).

  • Be extremely careful with burning objects, such as cigarettes or matches. Do not just throw it away.

  • Fire hose reels (red) have been placed over the site, making it possible to reach any spot. In case of fire, immediately contact the campsite manager(s). You are responsible for proper extinguishing material in your camping equipment.

 

Dogs

  • A maximum of 2 dogs per pitch are welcome on the campsite if they are on a leash and do not bother the other guests. However, they are not allowed in the Chouette, sanitary buildings and at the pool.

  • A European passport, an inserted chip and a valid vaccination card are required. We ask all dog owners to first read carefully about French legislation and the differences in dangers compared to your country (parasites, sand flies, ticks; and how to protect your dog against this).

  • You can walk your dog outside the campsite. If a "pile" does end up on the camping site, we ask you to clean it up immediately.

  • It is not allowed to leave your dog alone in a car, tent or caravan.

 

Waste

  • We are consciously concerned with the environment and therefore also our waste and its sorting. We expect all guests to do their part in this. Sorting is the message.

  • At our "waste collection point" there are racks with crates in them. We sort the following waste in the crates:

    • Glass (rinsed out)

    • Plastic bottles and flasks, metal packaging (tin) and beverage carton. (PMD)

    • Paper and cardboard

  • Residual waste (read; everything that cannot be recycled; plastic bags / trays, cling film, dirty paper and plastic, bones) you put in trash bags that are perfectly sealable. You can deposit these in the containers.

  • Please return empty batteries to the Chouette.

  • The sanitary bins are only used to throw in your sanitary waste or leftovers that you collect with the dishes.

 

Sanitair en Hygiëne

  • We verwachten van al onze gasten dat zij hun steentje bijdragen om de gebouwen netjes te houden:

    • reinig de toiletten met de borstel indien nodig

    • haal de trekker er even over na het douchen

    • verwijder etensresten na het afwassen en ga even met het sponsje door de spoelbak

  • Jonge kinderen mogen enkel onder uw toezicht gebruik maken van het sanitair.

  • Kinderen mogen niet spelen in en om het sanitairgebouw.

  • Op zeer geregelde tijdstippen doen wij controle van de toiletten en vullen we het toiletpapier aan. Indien er toch een tekort wordt vastgesteld door jou dan waarderen we het zeker dat je het ons meldt.

  • Onze douches werken niet met munten en we weten dat het water heerlijk warm is, maar we moeten zuinig zijn met het water. Daarom vragen we om de douchetijd tot 5 minuten te beperken.

 

Zwembad

  • Onze gasten kunnen gebruik maken van het zwembad tussen 10.00 en 20.00 uur

  • Hoewel regelmatig één van ons bij de baden te zien zal zijn, is er geen sprake van toezicht door ons bij de zwembaden. Ouders zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op hun kinderen.

  • Voor kinderen jonger dan 10 jaar en kinderen die nog niet in het bezit zijn van een zwemdiploma is het uitsluitend toegestaan onder begeleiding van hun ouders op het omheinde zwembadterrein te komen.

  • We houden met z’n allen het zwembad en de omgeving van het zwembad netjes.

 

Veiligheid

  • In geval van nood kun je dag en nacht bij ons aankloppen.

  • In de Chouette vindt u de coördinaten van de hulpdiensten, dokter, apotheker etc.
    Hier is ook een EHBO-koffer aanwezig.

  • Omwille van het brandgevaar zijn open vuur en houtskool-BBQ absoluut verboden op de camping, dit kan enkel wanneer wij dit zelf initiëren op het terras (vuurkorf of gezamelijke BBQ)

  • Bij brand verzoeken we u om ons onmiddellijk te verwittigen!

  • Brandblussers en brandslangen hangen verspreid over het terrein.

  • U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op uw kampeerplek:

    • gebruik uitsluitend goedgekeurde slangen en gastanks

    • elektriciteitskabels dienen in goede staat en geaard te zijn

    • verwissel nooit gasflessen in de tent

  • Aangezien we het belangrijk vinden dat kinderen onbezorgd kunnen spelen op de camping, is een maximum snelheid van 10 km/h / stapvoets voorgeschreven.

  • De kampeerder is zelf verantwoordelijk voor zijn eigendommen. Wij kunnen geenszins aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor diefstal of beschadiging van eigendommen van de kampeerder.

  • Het speelhuisje is geschikt voor kinderen tot 6 jaar, de trampoline mag maximum door 2 kinderen gelijktijdig worden gebruikt. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk bij ongevallen van welke aard dan ook.

  • Zorg dat je de kampeerplek netjes achterlaat: ruim stokken, stenen, waslijnen e.d. op, want die leveren onder meer gevaar op voor onze grasmaaier

 

Afrekening

  • Betalen voor het verblijf doe je bij de receptie, bij aankomst op de camping (of eerder bij reservering). De tarieven vind je op het infobord bij de ingang en op de website.

  • Het verbruik (brood, maaltijden,…) betaal je op het einde van je verblijf. Dit doe je het beste tussen 8:30 en 12:00 uur op de dag van je vertrek of de dag ervoor. Vraag tijdig naar je afrekening, zodat wij deze kunnen voorbereiden. Let op: de receptie is gesloten tussen 12:00 - 15:00 uur.

  • Indien u vroeger dan voorzien vertrekt, kan er geen teruggave gebeuren.

  • Bij je vertrek wordt de plek, ook die van de accommodaties, netjes achtergelaten zoals je die ook hebt aangetroffen bij aankomst. Haringen, stenen en stokken horen niet thuis op en lege plek.
